showing sincerity is a difficult thing to do

i just realize this..
when someone say that they're sorry, they apologize,

it's easier for me to say "i'm alright" when i'm not..

......


why?

because, when i try to tell someone that i'm really alright, it's hard for me to show my sincerity.. i'm not someone who is good at expressing my feeling.. sometimes i just make the condition awkward..

oh.. i keep seeing the worries in their eyes.. i don't know what to act, what to say to make them believe me that i'm really alright.. i'm not feeling annoyed or etc.. and usually, they keep saying that they're very sorry towards me.. i bet there're so much people that have this kind of hardship too.. showing sincerity..
